We publish the results of the youth needs research in Zolotonosha

As part of planning the updated Youth Strategy, we conducted a comprehensive study to hear the voice of youth and understand what needs, challenges and expectations they have today.

🔍 Research methodology included:

Online survey – 384 respondents Focus group and individual interviews – 23 participants Period: October – November 2025

The study covered youth from the city and villages. We asked questions about leisure, education, participation opportunities, youth center, barriers to activity and vision for community development.

To build youth policy based on real data. To make Zolotonosha youth center more accessible, useful and modern. To better understand which direction to move as an organization.

We are publishing a series of materials with analysis of responses and key findings.
