Our organization has received its own communication strategy!

The NGO "Youth Development Center" participated in an organizational development grants competition within the project "Strong Civil Society of Ukraine - a driver of reforms and democracy", implemented by ISAR Ednannia with funding from the governments of Norway and Sweden.

Thanks to this support, we developed a communication strategy, completed a 2-day communications training, and received 10 mentoring consultations for our team. As a result, we now have:

• updated website ydcenter.com.ua • brand book, unified templates and modern visual style • clear content plan and coherent organizational positioning • rebranded Instagram page @youth.development.centr

These steps will make our work more recognizable. Most importantly, we gained a systematic approach to communication that will help us engage youth, volunteers and partners.
